German Government, Health Secretary Spahn, wants to revalue the health care workers.

On 9th of August 2017 there was an event related to the parlamentary vote in Frankfurt/Main, my residence. Until today I don‘t know exactly what party I should vote because I see a lot of questions relating to the automatisation process in the next decades. I don‘t know how the politics will manage the way the offer will find the demand, means how we get the products we want and need to live. The theme of the event was „fairness is another way“ so I thought to find answers to my questions.

I was a little late. The event was not at the arranged location so I went to a nice restaurant where the politics met. As I arrived I recognized that I was the only visitor of the event. I was a little astonished. The group begged me to invite myself. I did and asked for them, how they want to deal with the issue of employment related to automatisation after 3D printer, selfdriving cars, robotics and speech recognizing systems have been developed and installed in industrie. All those products will work in sectors with high numbers of workforce. I see a high unemployment rates because this systems will free a lot of jobs. And I don‘t think that all those poeple will find work in the service sector.

Mr Bothner, ver.di Hessen, gave me the answers. He described that there will be many poeple who will find a high waged job. We have much more millionaires in Germany than several years ago. Those poeple have to staff their household with butlers, nannies, family care workers. In German middle class families it is not use to staff your household with such employees. I don‘t know many middle class families who do that. So he said there has to be a revaluation of these professions so the money makers have to employ them to hold their gentility. Simultaneously the high waged workers will work less times because the machines will do more and more the work of them. So they have to use the time to improve their skills. I reply this concept we denied in the 1980s. Also in the 1990s Joschka Fischer, German foreign minister that time, called this neo-feudalism. And if you revaluate the jobs in social sector the workers want more money. Who should pay this? The new high skilled workers? There was no answer. I was astonished about this concept hearing it from a funcpflegeberuf

I was astonished about this concept hearing it from a functionary of the biggest German union Ver.di. But I was on an event of the SPD, a political partie, a decision maker in the Germany, so I asked the members of the SPD about the theme. The answer I got was that there are many interfaces so there will be no remarkable changes, nothing more.

Less working workforce earns much money and much working workforce earning less money, a concept that looks better for conservative parties like the CDU and not the SPD, a mid left partie of Germany. I was astonished.

I know that there is a pilot project where unemployed get 1000,00€ basic income guarantee a month for some Germans. In an privat talk with an SPD functionary I learned, that there are discussions about a basic income guarantee of the minimum wage, that means 8,83€ an hour or 1529,00€ a month. Oh well I said, but if you do that you have to install incentives to let the people do the work that have to be done in the low level wage sector. People can live pretty good with that income, so most of them don‘t want to work in unpleasant jobs, like butlers, nannies, family care workers. Also you have to educate the people in a responsible way of living. No society need an increasing rate of kiffers or beer and wine drinking people sitting in their living rooms watching tv with dull brains. But this question was not answered.

After one and a half hours I knew only a little more, but there is no precise concept about the tomorrow economy or society. All I found looks like a take-it-as-it-comes engagement and creating a double standard society of poor working people and a sort of a rich leisure suit.

But the management of automatisation will decide if I will get my pension and sill set the future living standard. This issue is a relevant factor creating the future of our country. I ask myself if the members of parlament are not overpaid.

Also I ask myself if a middle left political party should provide projects like a double standad society. The event was named “fairness is another way“. That‘s what I feel listening to the design of a society Mr. Bothner delivers to me. For left wing parties this sort of fairness will not be affordable.

On 16th March of 2018 the new health secretary Spahn said, that he wants to upgrade the value of the healthcare professions. The worker also should get more money.

Gender Rules in Australian Café

In Melborne, Australia, Alex O’Brien, opened a cafe and gave it the name „handsome her“. The concept is to create a café instigated of women for women, also she don‘t want to renounce from the male customers absolutely. But if the male customers want to come in they have to behave emancipated. In Australie the average wage a worker get is divided. A male worker get averagely 18% more money than a female woker for the same work in the same job. So, Alex O’Brien thinks, the male customers have to pay 18% more than the female customers, and she add a 18% male-tax for male customers to the price of the products. Second is „Ladies First“, means women have the first priority seating.

But the male tax is free she mollifies. The guys pay the tax with free will. So no one complains until today because of that. And with the money she collects with the tax she aid women in need. The opinion about the concept is divided. One say that this is a good idea others feel discriminated.

Baltimore makes ceasefire with organized crime

The City of Baltimore is with Chicago and Detroit on of the cities in America with the highest rate of violence. This year the number of murderings is with 206 killing suntiol now on a pace to break the record of 353 in 1993.

So the 44-year-old community mediation trainer Ericka Bridgefort and other activists decided to organize a grassroots „ceasefire“ to stop the killings, at least for 72 hours, starting at midnight on Thursday (0400 GMT on Friday) to stop the killings. The drug cartells of the city support this initiative. Ms Bridgefort lost 20 of her relatives and friends in the fight against drug gangs.

But is it not the order of the police to ensure that the people of a city are living in security?

Is it really the right way to deal ceasefires with drug gangs to make cities secure for some hours?

If this issue develope that way we should think about suppporting the way the Phillippine Präsident Duterte goes declaring war at the drug  cartells so that situations like this will not happen and stop organized crime. Organized crime is not OK. The companies, GO’s and NGO’s shouldn’t work with this mechanism. The German Agenda 2010 should be rethought, related to this issue.  As we don’t need ceasefires with drug cartells, so we should think about politics and laws which makes organized crimes unnecessary.
